Brandy Crusta

Instructions

1. Rim wine glass with sugar using lemon juice
2. Add 2 oz (59.1 ml) brandy, 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) orange liqueur, 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) simple syrup to mixing glass
3. Add 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura bitters
4. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
5. Strain into prepared sugar-rimmed glass
6. Garnish with long lemon peel ribbon around rim
