- 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura BittersSoak sugar cube
- 4 oz (118 ml) ChampagneFrench champagne
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) CognacVSOP cognac
- 1 cube (1 cube) Sugar CubeWhite sugar cube
Instructions
- Place sugar cube in champagne flute
- Saturate sugar cube with 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura bitters
- Add 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) cognac
- Top with 4 oz (118 ml) champagne
- Stir gently and garnish with lemon peel
