Angostura and Soda

Ingredients

• 1 wedgeLime
  Squeezed in, then dropped in
• 6-8 dashesAngostura Bitters
  The bitters are the drink, not the seasoning
• 4 ozSoda Water
  Well chilled

Instructions

1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add the Angostura bitters
2. Top with chilled soda water

   Colder soda holds its fizz longer

3. Squeeze in the lime wedge, drop it in, and give one gentle stir
