- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Aromatic BittersClassic aromatic bitters
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Fernet BrancaItalian bitter digestif
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Rye WhiskeyCanadian or American rye
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Simple SyrupRich simple syrup 2:1
Instructions
- Add 2 oz (59.1 ml) rye whiskey, 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Fernet Branca, and 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) simple syrup to mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura bitters
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
Pre-chill glass
- Express orange peel oils over drink and garnish
