
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Fresh Lime JuiceFresh squeezed
- 1 dash (0.6 ml) Angostura Aromatic BittersTraditional addition
- 4 oz (118 ml) Fresh Pineapple JuiceFresh pineapple
- Splash Soda WaterTo top
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Cherry HeeringDanish cherry liqueur essential
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) BenedictineHerbal liqueur
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) CointreauOrange liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) GinLondon Dry gin
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) GrenadineReal pomegranate grenadine
Instructions
- Add 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) gin, 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Cherry Heering, 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Benedictine, 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Cointreau to shaker
- Add 4 oz (118 ml) fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) grenadine, and 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into Collins glass filled with ice
- Top with splash of soda water
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
