- 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura BittersClassic punch seasoning
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Aged RumA flavorful aged rum carries the punch
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Demerara Syrup2:1 demerara sugar to water
Instructions
- Add rum, lime juice, demerara syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice
- Shake hard until well chilled
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a lime wheel
