  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Lime Juice
    Freshly squeezed
  • 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura Bitters
    Classic punch seasoning
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Aged Rum
    A flavorful aged rum carries the punch
  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Demerara Syrup
    2:1 demerara sugar to water

Instructions

  1. Add rum, lime juice, demerara syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard until well chilled
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a lime wheel
