Pink Gin

Ingredients

• 3-4 dashesAngostura Bitters
  Enough to tint the drink pink
• 2 ozGin
  Plymouth gin is traditional

Instructions

1. Add gin and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir until thoroughly chilled

   The drink should be very cold

3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist
