Old Fashioned

Instructions

1. Add sugar cube to mixing glass and saturate with 3 dashes (1.9 ml) of Angostura bitters
2. Add 2 oz (59.1 ml) bourbon whiskey and muddle sugar cube gently
3. Fill mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled

   Stir until glass feels cold

4. Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
5. Express orange peel oils over drink and garnish
