
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lime JuiceFresh squeezed
- 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura BittersAromatic complexity
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Fresh Pineapple JuiceFresh pineapple
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Light RumCuban-style rum
- 1 oz (29.6 ml) Dark RumJamaican rum
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Orgeat SyrupAlmond syrup
Instructions
- Add 1 oz (29.6 ml) light rum, 1 oz (29.6 ml) dark rum, 2 oz (59.1 ml) fresh pineapple juice, 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) orgeat syrup to shaker
- Add 3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura bitters
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain over fresh ice in punch cup
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
