A recreation of the famous Boker's Bitters that were a staple of 19th-century American bars. Originally produced by John G. Boker & Co., the formula was lost during Prohibition. Adam Elmegirab reconstructed the formula in Aberdeen in 2009 from surviving samples, period medical guides and court records, and the label still carries his portrait.
