Cardamom Bitters by Bob's Bitters

Founded by ex-pastry chef Bob Petrie, whose bitters debuted at London's Dorchester Hotel and are made in small batches in Essex. Each expression focuses on one key botanical for exceptional flavor purity.

Green cardamom and almost nothing else, at high intensity from nose to finish. The single-botanical build makes it unusually clean, so it reads as pure spice rather than a blend.
