- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lemon JuiceFresh squeezed
- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) German Herbal BittersFoam garnish dots
- 1 whole (1 whole) Egg WhiteFor foam texture
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) German Apple Brandy (Obstler)Traditional German apple brandy
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple SyrupRich simple syrup
Instructions
- Add 2 oz (59.1 ml) German apple brandy (Obstler), 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) simple syrup to shaker
- Add 1 egg white
- Dry shake vigorously without ice
For foam texture
- Add ice and shake again vigorously
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish foam with 2 dashes (1.2 ml) German herbal bitters creating pattern
