Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 ozCampari
  Italian bitter aperitif
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
  Italian sweet vermouth
• 1 ozGin
  London Dry gin preferred

Instructions

1. Add 1 oz gin, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz sweet vermouth to mixing glass
2. Fill with ice and stir gently

   Brief stir to maintain texture

3. Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
4. Express orange peel oils over drink and garnish
