Fernet and IPA

Ingredients

• 12 ozIPA
  Hoppy American IPA, well chilled
• 1 ozFernet Branca
  Chilled, served as a shot

Instructions

1. Pour 1 oz chilled Fernet-Branca into a shot glass

   Fernet kept in freezer is traditional

2. Pour 12 oz hoppy American IPA into a pint glass alongside

   Both glasses should be cold

3. Shoot the Fernet, then chase with sips of the IPA
