
Sakura Martini
A delicate, floral martini brushed with Japanese cherry-blossom bitters
Ingredients
- 2 dashesSakura BittersJapanese cherry-blossom bitters
- 1/2 ozDry VermouthWell chilled
- 2 1/2 ozGinA clean, floral gin
Instructions
- Add 2 1/2 oz gin, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 2 dashes sakura bitters to a mixing glass
- Stir with ice until very cold
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist
