Summer Solstice

Ingredients

• 3/4 ozFresh Lime Juice
  Fresh squeezed
• 2 ozSoda Water
  For effervescence
• 1 1/2 ozAperol
  Italian aperitif
• 1 ozGin
  London Dry gin
• 1/2 ozSimple Syrup
  Light simple syrup

Instructions

1. Fill highball glass with ice
2. Add 1 1/2 oz Aperol, 1 oz gin, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup
3. Top with 2 oz soda water
4. Stir gently to combine
5. Garnish with citrus wheel
