Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
    Fresh squeezed
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Soda Water
    For effervescence
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Aperol
    Italian aperitif
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Gin
    London Dry gin
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple Syrup
    Light simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Fill highball glass with ice
  2. Add 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Aperol, 1 oz (29.6 ml) gin, 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) simple syrup
  3. Top with 2 oz (59.1 ml) soda water
  4. Stir gently to combine
  5. Garnish with citrus wheel
