
Rhubarb Gin Fizz
A bright gin fizz laced with rhubarb bitters — tart, floral and long over soda
Ingredients
- 3/4 ozLemon JuiceFresh
- 3 dashesRhubarb BittersTart-floral craft bitters
- 2 ozSoda WaterWell chilled, added last
- 2 ozGinA London dry or floral gin
- 1/2 ozSimple SyrupAdjust to taste
Instructions
- Add 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup and 3 dashes rhubarb bitters to a shaker
- Shake with ice and strain into a highball over fresh ice
- Top with 2 oz cold soda and garnish with a lemon wheel
