Ingredients

  • 3 dashesGinger Bitters
    Warm, peppery ginger bitters
  • 4 ozSoda Water
    Ice-cold, added last
  • 1 1/2 ozJapanese Whisky
    A light blended whisky

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball with ice and add 1 1/2 oz Japanese whisky
  2. Add 3 dashes ginger bitters and top with 4 oz cold soda
  3. Stir once and garnish with a lemon wedge
