    Chilled soda water
  • 2 ozCynar
    Italian artichoke bitter
    Substitute: No true substitution
  • 3 ozProsecco
    Italian sparkling wine
    Substitute: Cava acceptable

Instructions

  1. Add 2 oz Cynar to wine glass filled with ice
  2. Add 3 oz Prosecco
  3. Top with 1 oz soda water
  4. Stir gently to combine
  5. Garnish with orange slice

Technique Notes

Cynar is thicker and heavier than Aperol, so it sinks. Stir from the bottom or the first half of the drink tastes of prosecco and the last half of artichoke.
