Dutch Courage

Ingredients

• 1/2 ozDe Kuyper Oranjebitter
  Traditional Dutch orange bitter
• 2 ozGenever
  Traditional Dutch gin
• 1/4 ozSimple Syrup
  Rich simple syrup

Instructions

1. Add 2 oz genever, 1/2 oz De Kuyper Oranjebitter, and 1/4 oz simple syrup to mixing glass
2. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
3. Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
4. Express orange peel oils and garnish
