The classic Spanish carajillo — hot espresso cut with Licor 43, served over ice or warm
Ingredients
- 1 ozEspressoFreshly pulled, hot
- 1 ozLicor 43Vanilla-and-citrus Spanish liqueur
Instructions
- Pour 1 oz Licor 43 into a rocks glass, over ice for the iced version
- Pull 1 oz hot espresso and pour it gently over the Licor 43
