A French cafe aperitif: quinquina wine with cassis and soda

Ingredients

  • 3 oz (88.7 ml) Soda Water
    Well chilled
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Creme de Cassis
    Blackcurrant liqueur
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Byrrh Grand Quinquina
    Quinquina wine aperitif

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice
  2. Add 2 oz (59.1 ml) Byrrh and 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) creme de cassis
  3. Top with 3 oz (88.7 ml) soda, stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist
