Ingredients

  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Fee Brothers Chocolate Bitters
    Rich cocoa notes
  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Cherry Bitters
    Cherry depth
  • 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Kirsch
    German cherry brandy
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
    Use quality bourbon
  • 1 barspoon (1 barspoon) Simple Syrup
    Rich simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add 2 oz (59.1 ml) bourbon, 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) kirsch, and 1 barspoon simple syrup to mixing glass
  2. Add 2 dashes (1.2 ml) chocolate bitters and 2 dashes (1.2 ml) cherry bitters
  3. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
  4. Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
  5. Express orange peel oils over drink and garnish with fresh cherry
