Historical Context

Sarti takes its name from Casa Luigi Sarti & Figli, a liqueur house founded in Bologna in 1885, which became part of the Campari Group in 1995. Campari presents Sarti Rosa as a tribute to that house. It is made from fruit juices rather than by steeping whole fruit.

What Does Sarti Rosa Taste Like?

Deep pink with a violet tint. Blood orange leads the nose, with the tropical freshness of mango and passion fruit behind it. Sweet and fruity on the palate, with only a hint of bitterness, so it sits at the gentle end of the aperitivo shelf.
