Amaro Montenegro blends around 40 botanicals, including bitter and sweet orange peels, into a soft, floral amaro at 23% ABV. Stanislao Cobianchi created it in Bologna in 1885. It is one of the most approachable Italian amari, drunk neat or over ice.
