Rum cocktail with Campari and pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
    Fresh squeezed
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
    Fresh pineapple
  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Campari
    Italian bitter aperitif
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Dark Rum
    Jamaican dark rum
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple Syrup
    Rich simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 oz dark rum, 3/4 oz Campari, 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup to shaker
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  3. Strain over fresh ice in old fashioned glass
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedge
