  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Orange Bitters
    Bright citrus notes
  • 3 oz (88.7 ml) Soda Water
    To top
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Campari
    Italian bitter aperitif
  • 1 1/2 oz (44.4 ml) Sweet Vermouth
    Italian sweet vermouth

Instructions

  1. Add 1.5 oz Campari and 1.5 oz sweet vermouth to highball glass filled with ice
  2. Add 2 dashes orange bitters
  3. Top with 3 oz soda water
  4. Stir gently to combine
  5. Garnish with orange peel
