- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Xocolatl Mole Bitters bittersRich chocolate spice
- 1 dash (0.6 ml) Angostura Orange Bitters bittersSubtle citrus lift
- 1.5 oz (44.4 ml) Reposado Tequila spiritQuality reposado
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Mezcal spiritEspadín mezcal
- 1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Agave Syrup sweetenerLight agave syrup
Instructions
- Add 1.5 oz reposado tequila and 1/2 oz mezcal to mixing glass
- Add 1/4 oz agave syrup, 2 dashes mole bitters, and 1 dash orange bitters
- Fill with ice and stir until well chilled
- Strain over large ice cube in old fashioned glass
- Express orange peel oils and garnish
