  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lime Juice acid
    Fresh squeezed
  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Aperol modifier
    Italian aperitif
  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Yellow Chartreuse modifier
    French herbal liqueur
  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Mezcal spirit
    Espadín mezcal preferred

Instructions

  1. Add 3/4 oz mezcal, 3/4 oz Aperol, 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse, and 3/4 oz fresh lime juice to shaker
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass Pre-chill glass
  4. Serve without garnish
