- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Yellow Chartreuse modifierFrench herbal liqueur
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Mezcal spiritEspadín mezcal preferred
Instructions
- Add 3/4 oz mezcal, 3/4 oz Aperol, 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse, and 3/4 oz fresh lime juice to shaker
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass Pre-chill glass
- Serve without garnish
