
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lime Juice acidFresh squeezed
- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Aromatic Bitters bittersOptional finishing touch
- 3 oz (88.7 ml) Ginger Beer mixerSpicy ginger beer
- 8-10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves modifierMuddle gently
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Gin spiritLondon Dry gin
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple Syrup sweetenerLight simple syrup
Instructions
- Add 8-10 fresh mint leaves and 1/2 oz simple syrup to shaker
- Gently muddle mint leaves to release oils Gentle press, don't destroy leaves
- Add 2 oz gin and 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Double strain into copper mug or highball filled with ice Remove mint debris
- Top with 3 oz ginger beer
- Add 2 dashes Angostura bitters if using Optional finishing touch
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel
