- 2 dashes (1.2 ml) German Herbal Bitters bittersFoam garnish dots
- 1 whole (1.0 whole) Egg White modifierFor foam texture
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) German Apple Brandy (Obstler) spiritTraditional German apple brandy
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Simple Syrup sweetenerRich simple syrup
Instructions
- Add 2 oz German apple brandy (Obstler), 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup to shaker
- Add 1 egg white
- Dry shake vigorously without ice For foam texture
- Add ice and shake again vigorously
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish foam with 2 dashes German herbal bitters creating pattern
