Bitter Sunrise
Non-alcoholic orange bitters with orange juice and grenadine
Ingredients
- 6 dashes (3.8 ml) All The Bitter Orange Bitters bittersNon-alcoholic orange bitters
- 4 oz (118 ml) Fresh Orange Juice mixerFresh squeezed
- 2 oz (59.1 ml) Soda Water mixerChilled soda water
- 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Grenadine sweetenerReal pomegranate grenadine
Instructions
- Fill Collins glass with ice
- Add 6 dashes non-alcoholic orange bitters and 4 oz fresh orange juice
- Top with 2 oz soda water and stir briefly
- Slowly pour 1/2 oz grenadine down the side of the glass to create sunrise gradient effect Pour slowly for visual effect
- Garnish with orange slice
