  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Aromatic Bitters bitters
    Classic aromatic bitters
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Sweet Vermouth modifier
    Italian sweet vermouth
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Blended Scotch Whisky spirit
    Blended Scotch preferred for balance

Instructions

  1. Add 2 oz blended Scotch whisky, 1 oz sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters to mixing glass
  2. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled Stir until properly diluted
  3. Strain into chilled coupe glass Pre-chill glass
  4. Garnish with maraschino cherry
