Ingredients

1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Fresh Lime Juice acid
Fresh squeezed
1 dash (0.6 ml) Angostura Aromatic Bitters bitters
Traditional addition
4 oz (118 ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice mixer
Fresh pineapple
Splash Soda Water mixer
To top
1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Cherry Heering modifier
Danish cherry liqueur essential
1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Benedictine modifier
Herbal liqueur
1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Cointreau modifier
Orange liqueur
1.5 oz (44.4 ml) Gin spirit
London Dry gin
1/4 oz (7.4 ml) Grenadine sweetener
Real pomegranate grenadine

Instructions

Add 1.5 oz gin, 1/2 oz Cherry Heering, 1/4 oz Benedictine, 1/4 oz Cointreau to shaker
Add 4 oz fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz grenadine, and 1 dash Angostura bitters
Fill with ice and shake vigorously
Strain into Collins glass filled with ice
Top with splash of soda water
Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
