    Fresh orange peel
  • 3 oz (88.7 ml) Prosecco mixer
    Italian sparkling wine
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Soda Water mixer
    For effervescence
  • 2 oz (59.1 ml) Suze spirit
    French gentian aperitif

  2. Add 2 dashes orange bitters
  3. Add 3 oz Prosecco
  4. Top with 1 oz soda water
  5. Stir gently and garnish with lemon peel
