Ingredients

3 dashes (1.9 ml) Angostura Bitters
Soak sugar cube
4 oz (118 ml) Champagne
French champagne
1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Cognac
VSOP cognac
1 cube (1.0 cube) Sugar Cube
White sugar cube

Instructions

Place sugar cube in champagne flute
Saturate sugar cube with 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Add 1/2 oz cognac
Top with 4 oz champagne
Stir gently and garnish with lemon peel
