Tiki cocktail with multiple rums and bitters

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
    Fresh squeezed
  • 3/4 oz (22.2 ml) Grapefruit Juice
    Fresh squeezed
  • 2 dashes (1.2 ml) Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    Classic spice warmth
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Dark Rum
    Jamaican rum
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Light Rum
    Cuban-style rum
  • 1 oz (29.6 ml) Demerara Rum
    Guyana rum
  • 1/2 oz (14.8 ml) Honey Mix
    Honey and water 1:1

Instructions

  1. Add 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz light rum, and 1 oz Demerara rum to shaker
  2. Add 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, 3/4 oz grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz honey mix, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  4. Strain into tiki mug filled with crushed ice
  5. Garnish with mint sprig
